Huge SaSa Haul~~Naruko skincare, masks and more!

Hello everyone! I hope the week has been going well with you all. I am still very busy with school, but I just though I should show you guys this haul because I am SUPER excited about it, haha^0^!
I got everything from sasa.com, and here they are:

First, I finally got the Vitacreme B12. I have tried muptiple samples of it, but because the samples are so small, I didn't see any obvious effects, so as the fall and winter comes along, I want to give it a try. I have a lot of products to finish up at this point, so I will not be using this until a littl later in the fall and I will definitely do a review on it after I try it out.

OK, now onto the masks. Although I still have tons of masks to finish, I just can't resist to get more masks, haha^0^, I love masks~~
First, I got 2 more kinds of My Beauty Diary masks. Since they came out with the new version, I have been liking them a lot more than before.^0^
I got a pack for birds nest masks. It contains swiftlet nest extrast, which many roral women in ancient china loved as a beauty ingredient. It is suppose to sooth, hydrates and brightens your skin, while restors your skin's elasticity. We shall see how this one works.

I also got the white truffle fantastic whitening mask. This is a special edition, so one box only contains 6 pieces of masks. It contains mulberry extract, rosehip extract, cactus extract and other ingredients that will help soften the dead skin cells, lighten hyperpigmentation spots, hydrates your skin and whitens your skin.

Next, I got 2 kinds of Silk Whitia masks. They are on buy one get one free again^0^! I really wanted to try out their hanfang line, because I do have sensitive skin and the hanfang line seems more gentle than the regular masks. I also hear Fuz talking about the hanfang firming masks, so I want to try this line out even more. I planed to get the firming masks and the whitening masks. But the firming masks was sold out, so I just got the anti-oxidizing masks instead.
I love silk whitia masks, and I have high expectations for them, so I hope they work well!^0^

Ok, lastly, I got a ton of Naruko skincare items. Yes, more skincare~~haha^0^ I have been getting a LOT of skincare products recently and I don't know why, haha~
Anyway, Naruko is finally available on sasa.com, so I got really excited and end up getting a lot more than I intended to. But I will probably be trying these products out a little later, since I am still trying out the P&J and Caudalie stuff.

First, I want to talk about the white illuminating cotton pads. I ran out of my shiseido cotton pads, so I decided to give these a try. They are around 9 dollars for 3 boxes (60 pieces/box), which is cheaper than the shiseido ones. They are double sided, with one patterned side and one smooth side. Naruko suggests to use these cotton pads to apply their lotion, so I am going to try that out and let you know how that works. (I hope it really witens and illuminate my skin, haha^0^)
Patterned side:

Smooth side:

Since i am almost out of my Laura Mercier Purifying oil light, I got the Narcissus total defence makeup removing mousse to try. It comes with 150ml of product and I believe it is only $10.50, comparing to LM ($40), it is very reasonably priced. I hope the effect is just as good^0^.
I have to comment on the packaging of Naruko. The packaging is really simple from the outside, but when you open the box, it has beautiful pattern inside the box. I like what Niu'er (the founder of naruko)said on the box: "What is in the bottle is far more important than that of the outside. So the within of the skin is far more important than the appearence of it."(In Chinese: 瓶子内的效果远比瓶子外的装饰来的重要,而皮肤以内的,远胜过外表所呈现的样貌。)
All of the boxes can be made into pencil holders, card holders or small boxes, which is a very environmental idea. I have to say they have really creative packaing design, and I absolutely love it!

Next, I got the Narcissus Total Defense Moisturizing Night Repair. It is a night lotion, it has kind of a gel-milk texture, it is very light and it smells like fresh leaves, which is very soothinga and nice.

Then I got the Majoram and Lavender Brightening serum. As the name says, it is a brightening serum that is suppose to even out the skintone, dimish hyper-pigmentation and promote skin's self-defense system. It comes witha test tube pump, and the texture is milky and it has a slight cooling sensation when applied on the skin.

Of course, I had to get their most famous night jellys. Night Jellys are jelly textured masks that you can leave on your skin to go to sleep. It is suppose to work during the sleep to restore energy for your skin.
I got the Rose and Snow Fungus Classic Hydrating Night Jelly.(They spelled it wrong on the packaging, it says "night gelly", haha, gelly means some type of bomb, I think, but maybe that is what they mean, haha^0^)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE.....the smell of this product. It smells like wild rose, not so intense like real rose, but has that very fresh wild rose scent. It is the most amazing scent ever, and I almost want to order another one before i even use it, haha^0^. But I decided that I will try it out first before I go crazy on it.

All of the night jellys come with a little spoon, which is really thoughtful.

I also got the Narcissus Total Defense Night Eye Jelly, this is formulated specificly for the eye area. I am thinking about getting the rose and snow fungus eye jelly as well, haha^0^. But this one is suppose to moisture your skin and it also has anti-oxidation effects. The gel looks a little lighter than the face jelly.

Here are some things I made fromt the naruko boxes:

Cute right? Haha, I think so, and they are pretty easy to make also!

OK, that is all for this haul. I hope you all enjoy the rest of the week!
Stay pretty and stay tuned!
Love U all~^0^

Lash Serum Review + promised FOTD for stage

Hello everyone! Long time no see, haha, I have been quite busy. But I finally am here to do the review for the eucerin products I have tried out and the L'oreal lash serum.
Before that, I am going to first show you the actural stage makeup I did for yesterday's event. I took these pictures after the event, after I have been wearing these makeup for a little more than 8 hrs WITHOUT touch-ups.
Here is the eyemakeup. I used Kevin Beautymaker eyelid primer, Paul & Joe eye gloss 03 and lunasol lavender coral palette. The circle lenses is from Dueba, in DM21 Violet. The lashes are from NYX in #109. (Some people washes their falses and used it repeatedly, I don't, since I only used falses once or twice every year, I just throw them away afterwards.) Also, I don't think the NYX lashes are the best in quality, it is not as soft, but it is definitely very very natural.

For the face, I don't evern blot or touch-up at all and my face stayed shine free and perfect after 8 hrs which even surprised me,haha^0^!
For base makup, I used MUFE HD primer 02, then I used shiseido brightening viel (I used to hate this foundation, but now I figured the best way to use it and I love it now. I just take some with my fingure (I used to use the sponge or a brush) and WARM IT UP ON MY HAND (this is very important) and then just press it on my face, yea, PRESS, not rub. This will make the base makeup stay on ALL DAY without melting or cacking up. Then I used my Laura Mercia concealer to cover up any imperfections, and set everything with the Lancome loose powder after I let the concealer and base set for about 3-5 minuites. The loose powder will help you face to stay totally shine free.

OK, onto the review. I know a lot of you have been waiting for this review. But the reason I waited so long is because I want to actually try it for a long enough time to give a comprehensive review on this product and here it is.

The serum is a clear gel. You are suppose to apply it like a mascara on your lashes and apply it like an eyeliner on your upper lash line as well. (P.S.: this is not meant to work with lower lashes). You are also suppose to apply it on your lashes as a base in the morning. But I don't do that, because I find it weighs down my lashes a lot. So I only use it at night.
This products promises to stimulate lash growth and makes your lashes 60% longer in length by the end of the 4th week. I have used it for exactly 4 weeks. I would not say that it grows my lashes 60% longer, but it definitely helped with the growth of my lashes. I would say my lashes grew about 30% longer than before and they became fuller as well.
I would say this definitely works, the only complaint I have is that when you apply it on your lash line, it might stings a little bit, but it will fade away the product absorbs.
But I think this is worth the money I spent (I think this is around 14 dollars) and I would consider repurchasing it.

OK, I will have more updates coming up soon! Please:
Stay pretty and stay tuned!^0^

EOTD: Stage/Prom makeup using NYX nude on nude

Hello everyone, sorry this came a little late. I had the worst skin condition during the weekend, I don't know what was wrong but I had a really bad allergy reaction again, and I am going to emcee for an event this coming saturday, so I am not doing to put on any base makeup so that my skin can rest a bit. So I am sorry I don't have a whole face look for you, but I do have an eye makeup for you, I think this is great for stage(something I will do this saturday when I am on stage)or prom or any special occations.
Hope you enjoy the look!
BTW, for base makeup, I would recommend longlasting foundation. Yes, foundation, because when you are on stage, you want that perfect second-skin look, so as much as I love BB creams and tinted moisturizers, I would use a natural foundation for stage or prom makeup because they are noramlly more long-lasting as well.^0^

OK, straight to the eye makeup. I am using NYX nude on nude palette today.
Very pretty palette, some people say that it is a dupe for Urban Decay's Naked palette. I have swatched the Naked palette, there are definitely similar colors, but the quality is not compariable, UD Naked shadows are a LOT better in quality. But, value wise, I would say this is a dupe, since I got this for $8 and the UDNP is $44. So, budget wise, this is a pretty good palette already.

First, I primed my eyes with MAC barestudy paintpot.

Then I took the gold color (with a flat shader brush) in the center of the bottom row and apply that to the inner 1/2 of the lid, passing the crease just a tiny bit.

Next, take the midium brown from the middle of the second row (with the same brush) and apply that to the outer half of the lid to add dimention to the eyes.

Then I am going to tight line with Revlon colorstay eyeliner (this one is really black, great for stage or prom) and line my upper lash line with MM liquid liner (liquid liner is the most longlasting and smugproof liner).

Then I used a white liner on my lower water line to open up my eyes even more. When you are on stage or going to an event, you want that extra pop on your eyes, so accent your eye shape is really important.

Then bring the black liner to the lower lash line and line the outer 1/2 of the lower lash liner.

Soften the look by applying the brown color (in the very center) over the liner.(upper and lower lash line)

Then, take any highlight color you like. I am using the light shimmery pink color on the very left of the second row (You can use a champaign or beige as well.)and apply it to the inner 1/3 of the lid and blend it up towards your brow bone, it will add a bit of shine to your eyes when blinking.

Last step is optional, but when I am going to be on stage or goint to an event, I really like to exaggrate my eyes, so that is the only time I use falses, haha, and I enjoy it^0^! I am using the faceshop lashes I got from songling(ningstar)'s giveaway!

And this is the finished look!^0^

Hope you enjoy it, I will post a whole face look this coming weekend, and you will see eactly what I did for my emcee stage look.^0^ Hope you enjoyed this look!
Thanks a lot for reading!
Stay pretty and stay tuned~
Love u all~^0^

Combined little haul~Paul & Joe and Sephora

Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful friday night, my friday night was sitting in the room eating yogert while watching "The Pretty Little Liers", haha^0^, very my style--cozy and homey~
I know I have been posting a lot of hauls recently, I am sorry if it is getting boring, but I have tutorials coming up this weekend and if you have any specific looks or any kind of request, please feel free to let me know!^0^
Ok, now let's get started with the haul!
First, I got my second part of my package from beautyhabit.com. They came is great condition and I LOVE the service beautyhabit offers. They are very considerable, the packages ship really really fast and they always give out free samples and a Thank You card. I love that, because a lot of websites give out free samples, but a Thank You card from every package makes me feel that they do care about their customers a little more.
(PS: I am not affiliated with beautyhabit.com, they don't know that I am posting this and I do not get any benefit from this, this is just my true opinions).
So, these are some skincare items from Paul & Joe. I have a special love with P&J products since they have such cute packaging and they are of GREAT quality.

This is the famous whitening serum, I have been using this for one week now, and I quite like it, but I am not sure about the effect yet, I will do a full review in a few weeks.

The texture is AMAZING!

Next is the moisturizing lotion, which is just a toner. I actually was intended to get the moisturizing cream, but I think I clicked the wrong stuff, but that is ok, it is just that I am too many toners to finish up before I open this one, so the review will probably come a little later. However, I will show you the texture first.

It does not have the lightest formula, but to my pleasure, it is not sticky at all^0^

OK, now onto the sephora stuff.

Since I finished my philosophy hope in a jar (it lasted me a little over 3 months), I decided to try a moisturizer from Caudalie. I have never tried anything from this brand yet, but they came up with this new product called Vinosource Quenching Sorbet Creme. Caudalie skincare has great formula, they contain very gentle ingredients, which is great for my super sensitive skin. This cream has an amazingly fresh smell and I will also do a full review on this later~

The texture is very very light and it melts into your skin within seconds.

The clinique makeup remover is boring, I finished my lash bottle, so I am just repurchasing.

As a VIB gift, I got the TEMPU highlighter in 301 champaign. It has a brush applicator and it is one of those pens that I do not like a lot, but I think I'd give it a try.

The last thing I got was a reward from the skincare challenge, it is the Boscia Vital Daily Moisture with SPF 15. I am going to start using this once I am finished trying my Eucerin one.

The texture is actually really close to the whitening serum from P&J, it is very light and watery.

That is all, not a lot of stuff, and quite boring, I know, haha, but I hope you enjoyed it anyway.
Thanks for reading and have a wonderful weekend, and don't forget to......
Stay pretty and stay tuned!
Love u all~~^0^
